Sample Schedules (Monday-Friday) | Remote Learning Plan

  • Below are sample schedules for all scholars who are participating in remote instruction.  These schedules are meant as guidance for teachers and grade level teams to coordinate consistent weekly schedules. They may vary slightly based on grade level designation and participation rates each week.  Teachers will communicate the schedules via weekly newsletters to families; and, through their Google Classrooms.Sample Remote Learning Schedules:

    ELA time per/day:  65 minutes (EL Recommendation) with an additional 30-minute intervention time possible.

    Math time per/day: 35-45 minutes (with 30-minute intervention time possible)

    STEM and SEL Alternating days 20-30 minutes

    Total core instructional time can range from 120 minutes to 150 minutes with possible intervention time.

    Morning and Closing Crew Synchronous

    Office Hours Daily: 30 minutes minimum

    ELA: 15- 20 minute Synchronous session with follow up Asynchronous Deliverable

    ELA SKills Block: This may be Asynchronous and/or Small Group Synchronous

    Math:15- 20 minute Synchronous session with follow up Asynchronous Deliverable

    STEM/SEL Alternating days 20 minutes 10 minute Asynchronous Deliverable

    Intervention times/Small Groups and asynchronous will be determined upon review of the Data and staffing resources

    STEM/Math skills: 20-45 Minutes  (2-3times/week)

    Total core instructional time Total 150-180 minutes/day
